　　Id like people to view me as a determined and strong leader. I need these qualities to be affirmed by people that they can look up to me for leadership。

　　As I am purposefully trying to avoid the danger of generalization, I can only tell you that there are definitely some people who are very easily influenced by materials things, while it is also certain that there are people who are not so easily influenced by material things; they often tend to have strong personal values。

　　Do peoples characters change as they get older?

　　Peoples characters depend on many things, including their experiences, relationships, health and financial situations. As these things change over time, so we also see peoples characters change。
