Robin Li, chairman and CEO of Baidu Inc, delivered a speech at the plenary session of the third WIC Wednesday, saying it is no longer possible for a unicorn to appear in mobile internet market.

百度董事长兼CEO李彦宏16日在第三届世界互联网大会全体会议上表示，靠移动互联网的风口已经没有可能再出现独角兽了。

"As the penetration rate of internet has exceeded 50 percent, the market's development has entered a relative stable stage," Li said.

李彦宏称，“市场已经进入了一个相对平稳的发展阶段，互联网人口渗透率已经超过了50%。”

Li, mentioning artificial intelligence (AI)'s application in Baidu's driverless vehicle, internet of things, and automatic translation service, said he is excited every time when he thinks about the possibilities that AI may bring to everyone, every industry and every country.
