王蕾(音译),30岁,是北京急救中心营养科的一名营养师。
When I graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2005, I first worked as a nurse. The job was tiring and I didn't want to stay in the position for my whole life, so I studied food and nutrition in my spare time.
2005我从北京中医药大学毕业,先是做了一名护士。这份工作很辛苦,我不想一辈子都呆在这个岗位上,所以我利用业余时间学习了食品与营养。
Dietitians became popular during that period. As I mastered the basics of medicine, I passed the exams and got a certification. I enter the Nutrition Department of our hospital.
那段时间,营养师十分热门。当掌握了一些医学基础知识之后,我通过了一系列考试并最终取得了相关证书,之后进入了我院营养科工作。
Food quality and safety is a big issue. So I got invited to be the health consultant for many TV programs.
食品质量和安全是个大问题,所以很多电视节目都邀请我去做健康顾问。
