And the city is having to partner with the apartment developers financially because there's a financial gap in their ability to make a profit," he told Xinhua. "So I probably will never be satisfied, as there are always opportunities to further diversify the community."
"In the end, what's gonna make the community better and more attractive to people is that everyone has some form of opportunity in the community," he stressed.
