早在2017年9月，24岁的艾玛，就已经站在联合国的讲台上为女性发声。

她作为“HeforShe”运动的主推者，号召全世界的男性支持性别平等她在演讲中说，“争取女性权益” I have realized that fighting for women's rights has too often become synonymous with man-hating. If there is one thing I know for certain, it is that this has to stop.

"The belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities. It is the theory of the political, economic and social equality of the sexes. "
