The higher menu prices also come just after Starbucks’ biggest competitor, Dunkin’ Donuts, climbed ahead in customer satisfaction in rankings released June 30 by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index. That report showed Starbucks buyers have been less satisfied in 2014.
