Today,one out of five plastic soda bottles is recycled in the United States.The reason for the change is that now there are dozens of companies across the country buying discarded plastic soda bottles and turning them into fence posts,paint brushes,etc.the change实际上是作者对前面所说的内容进行的归类,它们分别属于问题和变化,其实也表述了作者对前面所说内容的看法。
