President Donald Trump signaled that he was making a major reversal on two campaign promises during an eye-opening interview with The Wall Street Journal Wednesday.

周三《华尔街日报》专访了美国总统唐纳德·特朗普，可谓让人大开眼界，特朗普示意会对竞选时许下的两个承诺进行大反转。

Trump told the Journal he is not going to label China a currency manipulator — something he promised he would do on the first day of his presidency — and that he is now in favor of the US Export-Import Bank, an entity he railed against during the campaign.

特朗普告诉该报，他将不会给中国贴上外汇操纵者的标签，这和他上任第一天许诺的完全不一样。不仅如此，在此前参选过程中，他所一直反对美国进出口银行，如今他却与该行交好。

"I beat the people from China," he said at a rally in South Carolina in July 2017. "I win against China. You can win against China if you're smart. But our people don't have a clue. We give state dinners to the heads of China. I said why are you doing state dinners for them? They're ripping us left and right. Just take them to McDonald's and go back to the negotiating table."

2017年7月在南卡罗莱纳州的动员会上他说：“要打败中国人民”，“我完全可以赢过中国，你们只要足够聪明也可以打败中国人，但是你们缺乏技巧。我们可以宴请中国领导班子，他们搞得我们支离破碎。干脆请他们去吃麦当劳好了，然后再回到谈判桌上来。”
