Back in 2017, she managed to get cat-walk ready and opened her fifth show in less than two months after giving birth to her second daughter.
回到2017年,她生完第二个女儿不到两个月她就为参加第五次维秘而进行猫步训练了。
But Adriana admits she finds it harder to stay in shape after pregnancy.

She said she is a fan of smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies, takes a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help 'purify' her body.
她说自己还是喜欢慕斯、新鲜的水果,蔬菜,每天都摄入维生素,喝各种花草茶来帮助“净化”身体。
'Don't be too hard on yourself and listen to your body – it will tell you when it’s ready to workout again,' she said.
“不要太苛责自己,对自己身体要了解——她会告诉你什么时候可以再开始锻炼。”她说。
'Work hard, but make sure not to deprive your body of necessary nutrients, because it’s really important to keep your energy up to hit the gym.'
“锻炼要到位,摄入身体需要的营养,这对于你在健身房保持体力很重要。”
