Of the food challenge, Williams said: “I’ve wanted to do this for a few years, but I never found the right time.

Williams began the month eating 2,500 calories per day - the recommended calorie intake for a male adult - but dropped down to 2,300 by the end of the second week. In the final two weeks of the challenge, he dropped his calories slightly further, depending on how his weight and body fat index were performing.
