跨太平洋伙伴关系协议(Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, TPP)是由新西兰、新加坡、智利和文莱四国发起，从2002年开始酝酿的一组多边关系的自由贸易协定(free trade pact)，旨在促进亚太地区的贸易自由化(trade liberalization)。美国、澳大利亚、秘鲁、越南、日本等国在此后几年陆续加入。

TPP参与国目前为12个，占全球经济的比重达40%(encompass 40% of the world economy)，超过欧盟。TPP协定包含大量法律条款(legal provisions)，包括投资、服务、电子商务(electronic commerce)、政府采购(government procurement)、知识产权(intellectual property)、劳工、环境等30个章节。

其中农产品市场准入(market access to agricultural products)、汽车业原产地规则(the country-of-origin rule in auto manufacturing industry)、制药业知识产权保护(intellectual property protection in the pharmaceutical industry)是此前多轮谈判的焦点。经过激烈博弈，各方最终达成妥协，成功结束TPP谈判。依据协定，相关国家间约1.8万种商品的关税将在未来一段时间内逐步减少或完全取消。
