Women would no longer have to leave at criticalmoments in their careers to have children or care for their families. This program benefits bothFacebook and its employees. Facebook is not alone in this uncommon movement, either.Apple has also announced a similar program for it's employees. The initiative includes both mentoring and supportprograms at colleges across the country.
