人民币正式纳入SDR

➤IMF每五年要对这个货币池子检查一遍，即召开特别提款权货币篮子组成的审议工作（conduct the review of the SDR currency basket）。目前这个池子里共有美元、欧元、日元和英镑四种货币。

➤人民币加入后，各个货币的权重（weights）如下：美元的权重为41.73%；欧元的权重为30.93%；人民币的权重为10.92%；日元的权重为8.33%；英镑的权重为8.09%。新的货币篮子将在2016年10月1日生效（take effect）。

加入SDR有何影响

国际货币基金组织总裁拉加德女士表示：

The Executive Board's decision to include the RMB in the SDR basket is an important milestone in the integration of the Chinese economy into the global financial system. It is also a recognition of the progress that the Chinese authorities have made in the past years in reforming China’s monetary and financial systems..

执董会关于将人民币纳入特别提款权货币篮子的决定是中国经济融入全球金融体系的一个重要里程碑。它是对中国当局在过去多年来在改革其货币和金融体系方面取得的成就的认可。

➤特别提款权的价值将由包括美元、欧元、人民币、日元和英镑在内的篮子货币的加权平均值（weighted average of the values of the basket of currencies）决定。人民币纳入特别提款权货币篮子将使得货币篮子多元化（diversifying the basket）和更能代表全球主要货币（making it more representative of the world’s major currencies），从而有助于提高特别提款权作为储备资产的吸引力。
