Cai, who sells wholesale snacks to small village shops, is always paid in small change, which resulted in the accumulation of small bills. He has since admitted that he had gone to several banks for help, but was turned away.

蔡先生是做副食品批发的，客户也都是周围村庄的小店，因此经常收款也受到各种零钱，这才导致了大量零钱的积攒。蔡先生说自己也曾经去银行兑换过，但是都被拒绝了。

"Although some people might think that I'm flouting my wealth by paying for everything in small change, but it's all I have and I just hope that the other person will accept them," he told Zhanjiang Daily News.

“有的人认为我用零钱卖东西是在哭穷，我就是只有这点钱，也想找到能收这些钱的地方，”他告诉《湛江日报》

While Cai might have caused the car dealership in question more work, the shop's manager Yang Huai has been understanding and sympathetic towards the situation.

虽然蔡先生给汽车店带来了更多工作，但是门店经理杨怀（音）表示理解这种情况。

"Mr Cai is a loyal customer and has already bought four cars from us, so we have to help him solve this problem," Yang said.

“蔡先生是我们的忠实客户，已经在我们店里买了四辆车了，所有我们也得帮他。”杨说。
